Dear Eleanor,
You have been sick the past few days, throwing up, diarrhea, and teething. Not a fun combination. On Saturday, I was at a baby shower with you. You threw up and then started screaming and I was having a difficult time calming you down. I was standing in the back corner with you, with you leaning against me, your face on my shoulder. I was bouncing you to calm you down but it wasn't helping. Suddenly you stopped crying. I then noticed you were staring at a picture of Christ. Your eyes were locked on the painting and you were completely calm for several minutes. It was pretty amazing to witness. You are still so close to the veil and to Him.
I wanted to record this for you before I forget.
